James Lakeman
James has been working in the petrochemical, nuclear, chemical, plastics, biofuels, and pharma industries since 1980. During his time in the industry, James built his business, providing unique solutions in failure analysis and repair of glasslined equipment. This philosophy has grown a small home-based consulting business into a 50,000 sq.ft. facility containing warehousing, production, offices, field service hub, and research capabilities with 15 acres of outside storage.
Scott Batchelder
Scott brings over 40 years of experience in global semiconductor manufacturing, specializing in front-end capital processing equipment. A U.S. Navy veteran and University of Phoenix alumnus, he founded and led a global engineering company serving the semiconductor and spent nuclear fuel industries, later acquired by a Fortune 500 company. His career highlights include receiving the Motorola Supplier Excellence Award and recognition from Ashland Specialty Chemical. Outside of work, Scott is an avid outdoorsman and supports the Tunnels to Towers Foundation and Georgia Safari Club International’s Cast & Blast events for wounded warriors.
